Cancellation of the hotel room

Before August 25, 2021: 95% of the total hotel cost will be refunded.
From August 26, 2021: No refund on the cancellations.

Transfer of the hotel room to another person is free of charge. For cancellation, please contanct: mb@meetingplanners.dk
